The Golden Ticket Giveaway ("Promotion") is operated by JP Scissors ("Sponsor"). By participating, you agree to these Official Rules.

Promotion Period: November 28, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST through December 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

Daily Entry Windows:

• Day 1: Nov 28 (Black Friday)
• Day 2: Nov 29 (Saturday)
• Day 3: Nov 30 (Sunday)
• Day 4: Dec 1 (Monday)
• Day 5: Dec 2 (Cyber Monday)

Twelve (12) winners are selected each day, for a total of sixty (60) winners.

Open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Not Eligible:

• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members
• Anyone who has won a prize valued at $500 or more from the Sponsor in the past 12 months

Quebec residents are excluded due to regional promotional regulations.

There are two ways to enter:

Option A: Purchase Entry (Automatic)

Place a qualifying order of $150 USD or more at jpscissors.com during the Promotion Period. Entry is automatic—no additional action required.

Option B: Free Entry (Email)

• Subject line: "BFCM 2025 Golden Ticket Entry"
• Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth

Limit: One (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries receive the same odds as a single $150 purchase entry.

Total Prizes: 60 (twelve per day for five days)

Prize Value Range: $89 – $800 USD per prize

• Juntetsu Crystal Elite Shear ($299)
• Yasaka Traditional Shear ($349)

Size Options: 5.0", 5.5", or 6.0" (right-handed only). Winners may indicate size preference subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during each daily entry window.

Drawing Schedule: Drawings are conducted each morning for the previous day's entries. Winners are announced on the BFCM Sale Page by 12:00 PM EST.

Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry has an equal chance of selection (e.g., 5 entries = 5× the chance of 1 entry).

Winner Notification:

• Winners are contacted via email within 24 hours
• Winners are published on the sale page (initials + last 4 digits of order number)
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize

An entrant may win one prize per daily drawing but may win on multiple different days.

Prizes are shipped at no cost to winners within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Canadian Winners: May be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

Delivery Timeline: Prizes are shipped within 10 business days of winner verification. If the winner's original order has not yet shipped, the prize may be included with that shipment.

The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or for incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.

By entering, you agree to the following:

1. Agreement: You accept these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
2. Release: You release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in this Promotion or use of any prize.
3. Verification: The Sponsor may verify eligibility and disqualify anyone who provides false information or violates these rules.
4. Publicity: By accepting a prize, you grant the Sponsor permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes (except where prohibited by law).
5. Modification: The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors affecting integrity.
6. Technical Issues: The Sponsor is not responsible for website malfunctions, network failures, or lost entries due to technical problems.

Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved individually (not as class actions) and are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts for any legal matters arising from this Promotion.

Privacy: Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Promotion administration, winner notification, prize delivery, and winner announcements only. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

Winners are posted daily on the BFCM Sale Page and remain visible for 30 days after the Promotion ends.
