I was lied to buy customer care. They stated that they would send me the correct thinning shear and I have yet to receive or hear back from this company. I’m also not sure why my first review was not posted. Maybe this one will be in hopes that no one will buy from them.
I have to give this rating because I was sent the wrong pair of shears. However, my rating will improve if I ever receive the thinning shears that I ordered. Customer care did reach out to me, but I have not received anything nor a tracking number to track the items.
My husband says it feels nice when cutting his hair. He really enjoys them.

I ordered a pair of scissors and received a completely different product that had absolutely nothing to do with what was advertised. I contacted customer service the same day, and I was clearly assured that the issue would definitely be fixed. After two weeks of silence, I finally received a message saying that the correct scissors had supposedly been shipped and that I should expect them last week. Of course, nothing arrived. And now the final insult: today I was informed that the goods had already been delivered on December 8. This is simply untrue. I received nothing — no package, no delivery notice, no proof of delivery whatsoever. This feels like deliberate deception. They took my money, admitted their mistake, promised a replacement, and then tried to close the case by claiming a fake delivery.
Nicely balanced, they came almost perfectly adjusted and I appreciated the videos you made available to learn "The Drop Test" to determine the correct tension! Beautiful scissors! Great Price!

The only thing that I'd like to say is on is the fact that shipping was delayed for some time. I fully understand that it could be a policy of the flight department within Hong Kong.
Scissors are of great quality and arrived within expected delivery date. The set came with a care kit that included a microfiber cloth, pivot oil, tension tool, and instructions card. All great for a newbie like me. I expect to keep this set for quite a few many years. The website UI did make me a little nervous as a first time buyer, but really everything turned out fine.

I’m a novice with no training and have been cutting my husband’s hair for 10 years. I just used my Mina scissors for the first time—what an amazing difference. I only cut once with no pushing of hair for an uneven cut. Outstanding! Highly recommend and worth the investment.

The scissors are great. The communication is non-existent and the time it took to get them was easy too long (with no communication,). It shouldn't take over a month and if it does that should be communicated. 4 stars for quality and reasonable cost.
Ordered the item in February and received it in May. Was promised a complimentary maintenance kit, Japanese carbon fibre haircutting combs, Mina travel case, and $20 store credit for the long wait as it became a backordered item. Only received the $20 store credit. When I emailed about the other things that were promised, customer service went quiet even though they were responsive previously when I asked about the wait time about 2-3 times because they kept changing the arrival time. It just feel likes a inauthentic business or maybe that just how the business does things. Overall, it wasn't a very good experience.
